Our client is a consumer technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take the senior technical leadership seat, setting architecture and engineering direction while staying close to the code. The role blends hands-on development with guiding a distributed team, and it grows into oversight of all engineers as the group expands.

- Own technical decisions and the roadmap across mobile, backend and infrastructure, turning product vision into a workable plan.
- Lead day-to-day delivery with a remote offshore engineering team, including writing and assigning tickets, managing timelines and triaging bugs.
- Work directly in the code to keep the application fast and reliable when many users act at once.
- Spot real operational problems, build automated fixes, and lead third-party integrations from start to finish.
- Use AI tools to speed up development and help colleagues adopt them.
- Grow into managing all engineers as the team scales.
