Head of Engineering

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, including 5+ years in an Engineering leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple product versions in containerized environments.
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in front-end development with ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e. g., Google Cloud, Azure).

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a small, fast-paced environment.
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
