Description

THE ROLE

You lead Enterprise Marketing worldwide, with one mission: make Naboo the partner large companies choose for their meetings and events, across teams and countries. Our enterprise relationships often start bottom-up, with teams already booking through Naboo. Your job is to turn that momentum, and the target accounts we have not reached yet, into signed framework agreements, then help them grow as more teams adopt Naboo.

Based on the US East Coast or in Montreal, you report to the VP Marketing in Paris. This is a player-coach role: you lead a team of three (an ABM / Campaign Manager, a field marketer in Europe and a field marketer in the US you will hire) and work hand in hand with Growth, Brand & Content and the BDR & SDR team.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• End-to-end enterprise marketing strategy: own the plan, budget and results in every market, to grow enterprise pipeline, framework agreements signed and their activation.
• Sales partnership: be the strategic partner of enterprise sales leadership. Build the quarterly plan together (target accounts, priorities, pipeline goals), review it on a regular rhythm, and share one pipeline view and one account list.
• Field and executive programs: lead and execute the enterprise event strategy that generates pipeline and relationships with the decision-makers on our target accounts.
• Account-based marketing: build and score our named-account list with Sales, and run 1:1 and 1:few programs for procurement leaders and CFOs.
• The enterprise narrative, in every market: with Product Marketing, shape the positioning, business case and proof for procurement and finance leaders; with Brand and Content, turn it into executive content, thought leadership and sales material.
• An AI-native team: you are highly proficient with AI and bring a clear agent strategy, so agents run the repetitive work and your team focuses on the relationships that win large accounts.
• Close collaboration with the whole marketing org (Growth, Enterprise Marketing, Brand & Content and BDR & SDR): one plan, shared priorities and the same pipeline numbers, with cross-team projects rather than your own resources.
• A leading voice on the US: the role covers every market, but the US is where we expect the biggest growth. As our senior marketer on the ground, you help shaping our US go-to-market with the leadership team and help make Naboo a reference there.

MUST-HAVES
• 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years leading enterprise or account-based marketing at a SaaS or marketplace company.
• You have run field and executive programs that produced pipeline you can name, not just attendance.
• You have managed people across time zones, including on another continent, and you enjoy it.
• You already use AI in your daily work and want to run a team where agents do the repetitive tasks.
• You still build things yourself: you write the outreach, run the event, pull the data.
• You have marketed to enterprise buyers in the US and know how they buy.
• You have co-owned a pipeline number with sales leadership and know how to align plans and priorities with them.
• You are comfortable building from scratch in a fast-growing scale-up.

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience in spend management, procurement software, travel and expense, or events.
• You have sold to procurement, finance or operations leaders at large companies, and you know how a framework agreement gets signed.
