ITH Holdings is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology to provide strategic leadership across our Internal IT, Project Management, and Administrative functions, ensuring technology and operations work seamlessly to support business growth and execution.
Key Requirements
* Minimum of 12 years' progressive experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Demonstrated experience leading Internal IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology projects.
* Strong Project Management and Programme Delivery experience with a track record of executing complex cross-functional initiatives.
* Experience driving operational efficiency, governance, vendor management, and strategic business execution.
* Strong stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree and relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
