Mars is entering one of the most exciting periods in its history following the recent global acquisition of Kellanova.

Reporting to the Supply Director ANZ and serving as a member of the Supply ANZ Leadership Team, you will lead a team of ten EPM professionals, and oversee a portfolio of strategic, business critical programs. Partnering with leaders across Supply, Demand, R&D and Finance, you will help enable the successful integration of who iconic businesses, strengthen enterprise project management capability and ensure the effective delivery of key business priorities across Mars Snacking ANZ.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10 EPM professionals (located across Melbourne and Botany).
• Contribute as a key member of the Supply ANZ Leadership Team, helping shape strategy, capability and business performance across the function.
• Lead the Enterprise Program Management function across ANZ.
• Drive the integration roadmap following the Kellanova acquisition.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic business transformation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritise initiatives, manage risks and deliver outcomes.
• Embed best-practice program governance, portfolio management and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of program management professionals.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation, integration or enterprise programs.
• Strong leadership capability and experience building high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and strong execution capability.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or similarly complex environments.
