Salary: ₦750,000 – ₦850,000

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function, drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide sound financial leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement financial controls and risk management processes.
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital efficiently.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
* Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
* 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, with experience in a manufacturing company.
* Proven experience leading a team of at least five (5) finance professionals.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
