RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a large finance team, instilling excellence, accountability, and accuracy.
- Own all financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and audits.
- Take full responsibility for payroll across multiple sites, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with a focus on cost control and optimization.
- Implement and enhance ERP/financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Advise leadership with clear, actionable financial insights to guide decision-making.
Requirements
- Registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
- MBA advantageous
- 12+ years progressive finance; 5+ years in a senior role
- Experience in managing payroll
operations at a senior level, including knowledge of South African labor law,
statutory deductions,
- and payroll systems integration with HR and ERP platforms
(for eg. Sage 300)
