Are you a tier-1 investment banker ready to cross the table and lead the capital markets strategy for a high-growth, institutional-grade FinTech scale-up?

We are partnering with a premier, SWF- and PE-backed Series-D FinTech venture headquartered in Singapore. As the company accelerates its trajectory toward a public market listing, we are seeking an elite Head of Finance & Capital Markets to architect and execute its corporate finance roadmap, capital structure optimization, and pre-IPO readiness.

This role requires a high-velocity operator who combines rigorous institutional governance with the entrepreneurial risk appetite of a tech venture builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Markets Execution: Lead pre-IPO preparation, equity/debt structuring, and strategic financial positioning ahead of public market listing.

• Institutional Investor Relations: Manage strategic dialogues with sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and tier-1 institutional stakeholders.

• Corporate Finance Architecture: Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury operations, liquidity management, and cross-border regulatory compliance across APAC.

• Strategic M&A & Growth Initiatives: Evaluate and execute inorganic growth opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic investments to scale enterprise value.

• Governance & Audit Oversight: Partner closely with executive leadership, board committees, and Big Four auditors to ensure immaculate financial reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and risk frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background: 12+ years of experience, ideally combining tier-1 investment banking (M&A / ECM / LevFin) with direct senior leadership experience in a high-growth technology or fintech venture.

• Track Record: Proven exposure to full-cycle capital raises, private-to-public transitions, or complex cross-border corporate restructuring.

• Mindset: A decisive, execution-focused builder with strong commercial acumen, stellar financial modeling mastery, and a high-risk-adjusted return orientation.

• Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; professional certifications (CFA, CA/CPA, or MBA from a top-tier institution) strongly preferred.
