Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Relations Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize financing opportunities and manage cash flow effectively.
- Fund Management: Oversee the management of funds, ensuring appropriate allocation and utilization to meet the companys financial goals.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, providing insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Strategic Financial Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys growth and sustainability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the companys financial health and stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is required
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a significant portion in a managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of financial management, bank relations, and fund management.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
