Head of Finance

We are hiring for the position of Head of Finance in Lagos. This strategic leadership role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who has successfully led finance functions within the Oil & Gas servicing sector and understands the dynamics of project-based and contract-driven businesses.

Key requirements include
✔ Proven finance leadership experience within the Oil & Gas servicing sector
✔ Experience supporting marine, offshore, subsea, EPC, or engineering operations preferred
✔ Strong expertise in cashflow management, working capital optimisation, and project financial management
✔ Experience establishing financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes
✔ Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations, statutory compliance, and corporate governance
✔ ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
