Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, owner requirements, local regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards while maintaining a strong control environment.
- Provide financial insights to support revenue growth, cost optimisation, profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
- Oversee capital expenditure, FF&E planning, owner-funded projects, and asset management.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to enhance hotel performance while maintaining exceptional guest experience and brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, tax, cash management, and balance sheet management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficient in technology, data analytics, automation, and modern finance systems.
