Head of Finance SWARCO ITS Division (m/f/d)

- Lead, develop, and manage the ITS Finance team with full functional and disciplinary responsibility
- Work closely with the CFO and provide the Executive Board with clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop and implement the finance strategy in line with the company's overall objectives and growth plans
- Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable accurate, data-driven decision-making
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning
- Drive initiatives to optimize capital allocation, improve cash flow, and increase profitability
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements (IFRS, local GAAP, etc.)
- Oversee internal controls, corporate governance, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and industry standards
- Evaluate investment opportunities, including business cases, capital expenditure (CAPEX), acquisitions, and divestments
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives
- Continuously improve finance processes, data quality, and business intelligence transparency while driving automation and digitalization across the finance function
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing finance teams
- Strong expertise in budgeting, long-term financial planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and taxation
- Experience in developing and implementing finance strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Demonstrated ability to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and to act as a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think holistically and across functions
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic thinking, a high level of accountability, and strong business acumen
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality, strong drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to quickly understand complex business environments

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
