Role Summary:

Leads the organization's finance function by driving financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and risk management. Partners with executive leadership to support business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making while overseeing the finance team's operations and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mining, sponge iron, power generation, or manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and relevant financial regulations
• Must be willing to relocate in Congo
