Head of Finance Transformation and Controlling

You will lead the end-to-end Business Central migration, including chart-of-accounts and dimension design. You will own management reporting, group consolidation, IFRS 9 expected credit loss model readiness, finance controls, and the cross-functional data quality programme. You will accelerate close processes through automation and align Finance, Tech, and Product on decisions and data ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Business Central migration, including chart-of-accounts mapping and dimension design
• Own management reporting and accelerate the close process toward a business-day-five target
• Own group consolidation and IFRS 9 expected credit loss model readiness through audit readiness
• Design the accounting controls and segregation-of-duties framework
• Run the data quality programme and establish cross-functional data ownership

Requirements

• Experience leading a finance transformation programme in a bank or other regulated financial institution through completion
• Hands-on experience implementing or migrating an ERP, including ownership of chart-of-accounts and dimension design
• Strong controlling background in management reporting, consolidation, cost control, and close acceleration
• Working knowledge of IFRS 9 expected credit loss modelling or the quantitative grounding and willingness to own it
• Ability to influence Finance, Tech, and Product without line authority
