Head of Financial & Accounting

Job Description:

• Lead the full Finance and Accounting operational cycle: month-end closing, financial reporting, cost & inventory accounting, tax compliance, and Company Group Head Quarter reporting.
• Lead and manage the Accounting, Credit Control, and Financial Control to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including monitoring actual performance against budget and identifying key variances.
• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support Management in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Support audits and drive process improvement and system enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing multiple Finance & Accounting functions and leading a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to lead process, control, or report improvement initiatives from design through to adoption.
• Experience working with Group Headquarters / multinational organizations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong presentation and business writing skills.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience in process improvement or digital transformation is an advantage.
