Description
- Managing growth of existing and new business units in Education for Vplanet Group.
- Launching new product while ensuring profit-market fit in Thailand market.
- Overseeing Marketing, Sales and Operations.
- Working closely with VP and CEO on strategy.
- Build and expand teams that scale up business to its potential.
- Ensure high product quality being delivered to our customers.
Requirements
- Age 30+ year old
- At least 3 years of experience in Education business and in management position, focusing on growth activities.
- Have managed a team with at least 10 employees
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Must be fluent in both Thai and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Result-oriented.
- Experience in leading a successful marketing and sales team.
- Passionate about education.
