Leads commercial expansion of AI-powered learning products across Southeast Asia by building sales channels, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies for K–12 and corporate training markets.
HeyHi is looking for a Head of Growth to lead the commercial development of our AI-powered learning products across Southeast Asia. This is a growth-building role for someone stepping into technology sales and business development: the focus is on opening markets, building partner channels, and developing a repeatable commercial engine for our K–12 and corporate L&D products. The role suits someone with strong commercial judgement who is developing deeper, hands-on capability in ICT sales, channel development, and go-to-market execution.
Business Development & Channel Growth
– Develop the go-to-market approach across direct sales, distributor channels, and strategic partnerships for our learning products
– Grow revenue in our existing Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam) and build the groundwork for entry into new geographies
– Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise and institutional opportunities across the K–12 and corporate L&D segments
– Shape pricing and packaging for different buyer segments, testing and refining as the market responds
Partnerships & Public-Sector Engagement
– Build and deepen relationships with existing distribution partners, and recruit new channel partners in target markets
– Lead business development with government and institutional buyers, including tenders and grant-linked deployments
– Learn and navigate the procurement and partnership landscape in each market
Country Team & Sales Operations
– Build and guide in-country BD staff across operating markets, setting clear targets and supporting pipeline development
– Establish consistent practices for pipeline tracking, CRM discipline, and revenue forecasting, adapting the approach to local buyer behaviour
– Support high-value deals and key client relationships across markets
– Report on commercial performance through clear, data-led updates to leadership on a regular cadence
New Market Entry
– Plan market entry for new geographies, including partner identification, regulatory assessment, and localisation needs
– Work with product and engineering to ensure fit for new regional deployments
– Coordinate the cross-functional work of expansion, including distributor onboarding and grant applications
