Head of GTM

You will build and scale the global revenue engine and define how products reach developers, startups, enterprises, and emerging onchain ecosystems. You will design the go-to-market operating system, including product launches, developer acquisition, usage conversion, enterprise adoption, forecasting, pipeline generation, pricing, and performance management. You will partner with Product and Engineering to turn product innovation into market adoption, scale developer-led growth and enterprise expansion, and develop go-to-market leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations. You will also implement AI-enabled systems that support revenue and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and scale a go-to-market organization across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to launch infrastructure and developer tools.
  • Establish frameworks for forecasting, pipeline generation, pricing, and performance management.
  • Scale developer-led growth and enterprise expansion motions.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market leaders.
  • Implement AI-enabled systems to support revenue and operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading go-to-market or revenue organizations at high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience scaling go-to-market functions from early stage to growth stage.
  • Experience leading multifunctional teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
  • Experience selling or scaling technical products such as developer platforms, infrastructure, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success launching new products and building repeatable growth motions.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills.
  • Ability to partner closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
