The Role
We are looking for a creator to navigate the physical world. You will own the end-to-end delivery of our next-generation ambient hardware, acting as the crucial bridge between our software ecosystem and physical manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- 0 to 1 Hardware R&D: Lead the mechanical and electronic integration for our upcoming tabletop devices, translating software architecture into physical reality.
- The Phygital Bridge: Engineer the hardware logic for physical-to-digital interactions, ensuring tangible objects seamlessly trigger digital experiences.
- Supply Chain & NPI: Own the Greater Bay Area manufacturing network. Manage OEM/ODM sourcing, tooling, DFM, BOM optimization, and global certifications (FCC/CE) from EVT to mass production.
Who You Are
- Bilingual Communicator (Crucial): Fluent in Mandarin (to manage factories in South China) and English (to sync with our global team).
- Battle-Tested: Proven track record of taking complex consumer electronics from concept to mass production (10k+ units).
- The Ultimate Generalist: Strong intuition across EE, ME, and CMF. You know how to build premium, emotionally resonant products, not just cold gadgets.
