About the Role
Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is seeking a Head of Housekeeping and Hospitality to oversee facility cleanliness, infection prevention, patient comfort, hospitality standards and housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the facility.
- Ensure patient rooms, theatres, offices, waiting areas, washrooms and other areas are clean and presentable.
- Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, checklists and SOPs.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene and infection-prevention standards.
- Supervise proper waste handling, segregation and disposal.
- Manage the use, storage and replenishment of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Work closely with the clinical team on environmental hygiene requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high hospitality standards.
