- Oversee recruitment, performance, and talent development
- Advise leadership on human capital decisions
- Drive employee engagement and company culture
- Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance
- Manage organizational performance and workforce planning
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years experience in HR (telecom/digital preferred)
- Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
