Oversee IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for a hospitality group, setting policies, audits, and managing MSP/MSSP vendors.

Position Summary:
The Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity will be reporting to the CIO and will be based at the corporate office of Chroma Hospitality in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the infrastructure and cybersecurity operations
- Implement standard network builds and performance metrics
- Implement standard cybersecurity polices and procedures
- Oversee audits and security penetration tests
- Oversee Managed Services Provider (MSP) for Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Oversee Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) for Security Operations Center (SOC)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Related Field
- Experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certifications for any of the following are a plus:
- CISSP (Certified Information Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT)
