Head of Infrastructure and IT Service (Financial/Insurance)
Description
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery across a complex technology environment.
Oversee core infrastructure areas including Storage, Middleware & Virtualization.
Lead and develop a high-performing technical team and drive service excellence.
Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations and service delivery.
Work closely with international stakeholders, with English used extensively in day-to-day business.
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Service Delivery.
5+ years of team leadership / people management experience.
Strong technical and infrastructure background.
Fluent English with proven experience managing international stakeholders.
Experience in banking / financial services.
