You will be joining an established organisation undergoing significant digital and technology transformation. As part of its continued investment in modernising technology capabilities, the organisation is strengthening its infrastructure landscape across systems, networks, cloud, security and enterprise platforms.

Your new role

As the Head of Infra, you will lead the organisation’s infrastructure strategy, operations and transformation roadmap. You will oversee systems, networks, cloud and infrastructure services while leading technical teams, strategic projects, vendors and technology initiatives to ensure a secure, resilient and scalable environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and drive the IT infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap across systems, networks, cloud and enterprise infrastructure.

• Lead infrastructure operations covering network, Windows/Linux servers, databases, virtualisation, storage, backup and disaster recovery.

• Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, modernisation, capacity planning and technology improvements.

• Manage infrastructure projects, budgets, vendors, procurement and outsourced services, ensuring effective delivery and SLA performance.

• Lead and develop infrastructure teams while ensuring strong cybersecurity, governance, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure experience, covering the design, implementation and management of enterprise systems, servers, storage and networks.

• At least 7 years of technical leadership experience, with proven experience managing infrastructure teams, vendors and large-scale technology projects.

• Strong technical knowledge across VMware, Windows Server, Linux, databases, networking, storage, backup and cybersecurity.

• Minimum 3 years of cloud infrastructure experience, with a strong understanding of cloud solutioning, infrastructure architecture and operations.

• Proven experience driving IT infrastructure transformation, with strong stakeholder, vendor, budget and project management capabilities; regulatory and audit experience would be advantageous.
