Head of Infrastructure, Operations & Security

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure background and certification
• Experience with cloud and AI security engineering team members
• Team management and leadership skills
• Willingness to commute to the Glasgow office
• Preference for someone able to start within the next two months

Responsibilities:

• Lead the infrastructure and operations teams and oversee infrastructure, digital workplace, and IT security services
• Ensure the secure design, management, maintenance, and performance of core infrastructure and end-user devices
• Manage a team of six employees across infrastructure, with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud
• Lead the strategy and delivery of key projects, including decommissioning legacy systems and improving cybersecurity
