Head of Institutional Sales

You will build and manage relationships with institutions across crypto, payments, and fintech. You will lead the full sales cycle, develop tailored solutions and materials, represent the business at industry conferences, monitor regulatory and competitive developments, and share buyer and market feedback to inform roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value institutional relationships and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Represent Range at global and local industry conferences.
• Create tailored solutions and sales materials for prospects.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify new vertical opportunities.
• Track competitors in risk, compliance, and blockchain analytics.
• Provide leadership with structured insight on buyer trends and objections.
• Relay market feedback to inform roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of institutional sales experience in fintech.
• 2+ years of experience in digital assets.
• Experience selling to asset managers, banks, fintech companies, or crypto infrastructure providers.
• Knowledge of stablecoins and crypto-native financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing five- and six-figure enterprise deals.
• Compliance, stablecoin, or RWA infrastructure background is a bonus.
• Network across banks, asset managers, brokers, exchanges, custodians, or infrastructure providers is a bonus.
• Experience at a tier-1 web3 company is a bonus.
