We are partnering with a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer looking for a Head of Integrated Supply Chain to help shape the company’s next stage of growth. This is not a “keep the trains running” role. We are looking for a seasoned supply chain executive who wants to build, transform, challenge the status quo, and make a real impact.

The company has experienced significant growth and is continuing to scale. With that growth comes an exciting opportunity to strengthen the end-to-end supply chain, develop leaders, create scalable systems, and bring greater connectivity across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end integrated supply chain
• Strengthen planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and customer delivery
• Build scalable systems, processes, and capabilities
• Develop leaders and strengthen the organization
• Drive improvements in service, inventory, cost, and operational performance
• Partner with the executive team on broader business strategy
• Bring fresh thinking and help evolve how the company operates

What We’re Looking For

• Senior supply chain leadership experience in food, beverage, CPG, or complex manufacturing
• Strong manufacturing and operations background
• Proven success leading transformation and growth
• Experience building high-performing teams
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing across the business
