We’re looking for a Head of Integrations to join our growing team in Prague. In this role, you’ll make sure the integrations between our platform, POS systems and delivery partners work reliably. When something stops syncing, you’ll be the one who finds out why.

This is a hands-on role and your first step into leadership. You’ll keep testing and troubleshooting yourself while helping shape how the team works. You’ll act as a bridge between partners’ engineers, restaurant owners and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and validating API integrations with third-party systems: POS, payments and delivery platforms
• Investigating issues across multiple systems (for example, “orders aren’t reaching the POS”) and finding the root cause before they need to be escalated
• Reading API logs and responses, reproducing issues in Postman or curl, and writing clear bug reports that partners can act on
• Following up with vendors and partner engineers until broken integrations are fixed
• Explaining issues and solutions to restaurant owners in plain language
• Owning and improving QA processes, releases and the integration testing flow from start to finish
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues as the team grows

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Czech, English, Ukrainian at a professional level: Czech for clients and partners, English for partner APIs and documentation, Ukrainian for the internal team and the Ukrainian market
• 2+ years of experience in QA, second-level support, testing or integration engineering, ideally working with third-party APIs every day
• Confident with REST/JSON, Postman or curl, and reading API logs on your own
• Understanding of webhooks, retry logic, idempotency and authentication tokens
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Has already taken something from start to finish (a release, a testing process, a migration or on-call duty) and can explain what they improved
• Clear, direct communication, with or without technical jargon depending on the audience
• Ready to take on a first leadership role while staying hands-on

Nice to Have:

• Experience in restaurant tech, POS systems, payments or e-commerce
• Mentoring, QA lead or shift lead experience
• Test automation (Postman/Newman, Playwright, pytest) or scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Practical use of AI tools to automate parts of your own work
• Basic knowledge of DNS and SSL
• Experience with Adyen, Stripe, Dotykačka, Storyous, Poster, Syrve, R-Keeper, or partner APIs from Wolt, Glovo or Bolt
