Head of Investor Relations
You will manage the operational infrastructure for fundraising and capital formation. You will maintain investor records and fundraising materials, prepare investor communications and meeting context, coordinate data requests, manage filing deadlines, and support investor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the fundraising tracker across active investor conversations.
- Build and refine pitch decks for fundraising rounds and LP meetings.
- Draft and send quarterly investor updates.
- Coordinate investor data requests with the data team.
- Manage the filings calendar and ensure regulatory submissions are completed on time.
- Maintain a CRM of LP and VC relationships.
- Prepare the CEO for investor meetings with relevant context, data, and open questions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or capital markets.
- Experience managing fundraising trackers, pitch decks, and diligence materials.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory filings for private fundraising.
- Ability to interpret and package financial and operational data for investors.
- Ability to communicate credibly in investor settings.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Affinity or similar platforms.
