Head of IT

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the full software development lifecycle (Agile), including requirements, design,

deployment, UAT, and post-launch support.

● Plan and manage technology projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and

quality.

● Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and developers to ensure smooth project

delivery.

● Gather business, technical, and regulatory requirements and translate them into project

requirements and technical solutions.

● Support fintech, digital finance, blockchain, and digital asset technology projects, including

system integration and API implementation.

● Work with Software Engineering teams to identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and

development requirements through JIRA.

● Develop and maintain the technology roadmap and ensure smooth project handover to

Operations.

● Oversee IT security, information security, and IT risk management to protect company

systems and information.

● Ensure technology systems comply with SEC and relevant regulatory requirements, including

e-Reports and other data submissions.

● Lead IT audits, penetration testing, security assessments, and provide technical support to

Operations.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field.

● 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Technology, Software Development, or a

related role.

● Experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology, including UAT,

deployment, and post-launch support.

● Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, system integration, and software

development processes.

● Experience working with Software Engineering teams, external vendors, and cross-functional

stakeholders.

● Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Cryptocurrency, Digital Assets, or Blockchain is

highly preferred.

● Knowledge of IT Security, Information Security, Risk Management, and regulatory

compliance, particularly in a regulated financial environment, is a plus.

● Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

skills, with good command of written and spoken English.
