Head of IT & Digital Transformation

Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 per month

Our Client:

• Up to $15,000 per month, AWS and VB

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Woodlands

• Food Industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and operational needs.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve business processes.

• Drive SAP-related initiatives and ensure systems are effectively integrated with business operations.

• Oversee the planning and delivery of IT projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.

• Partner with different departments to identify technology gaps and improve existing workflows.

• Manage IT infrastructure, vendors, cybersecurity, and system performance to ensure smooth operations.

• Establish technology plans and priorities that support the company’s long-term business direction.

• Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective support and service delivery across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.

• Min 7 years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or related industries with 2 years experience managing a small team.

• Strong SAP experience in implementation, optimisation, support, and integration

• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
