Head of IT Engineering, Data & AI

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Engineering, Data & AI to take on a pivotal role in leading the strategic and hands-on aspects of IT engineering, data, and AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for everything from new IT product builds to data security, vendor management, and the introduction of new AI strategies and products. This senior leadership position requires a professional with extensive experience in application development and data-related fields at the senior leadership team level, a proven track record in leading Agile software engineering teams, and deep experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns.

The role also demands a strong understanding of AI/ML integration, API management, enterprise data platforms, data governance, cyber security, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities for the Head of IT Engineering, Data & AI include serving as the primary technical authority, defining and driving the execution of the application, AI, and data strategy, and overseeing the end-to-end systems testing framework. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, strategic leadership, and communication skills, and be adept at managing third-party vendors and outsourced technical delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with relevant certifications in Azure, Agile, or DevOps.
