Hiring: Head of IT
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site IT operations, preferably in construction, real estate, manufacturing, or project-driven industries.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft/Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Sage 50/200, SeamlessHR, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA), information security, governance, and compliance.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, service providers, and technology procurement.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
