About the role

Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network, server, data center, cloud, and telecommunications infrastructure. Ensure network stability, service availability, performance, and scalability to support business operations and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network, server, data center, cloud, and telecommunications infrastructure

• Ensure network stability, service availability, performance, and scalability to support business operations and customer requirements

• Implement infrastructure security policies, disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and business continuity measures

• Lead and develop infrastructure teams, manage technology partners and vendors, and ensure efficient resource allocation and service delivery

• Develop infrastructure roadmaps, manage operational and capital expenditures, and drive technology improvements aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 8–10 years of experience in IT or network infrastructure, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks, fiber-optic systems, IP networking, routing and switching, transmission technologies, data centers, and network monitoring tools

• Experience in network security, infrastructure reliability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and telecommunications service operations

• Proven leadership, project management, vendor management, and budgeting skills, with the ability to oversee network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic telecommunications initiatives
