Who we are looking for
A proven IT infrastructure leader with extensive experience managing complex infrastructure environments, leading technical teams and ensuring the reliability and security of business-critical technology services.
You will bring strong technical knowledge across networking, server infrastructure, virtualisation, cloud, security, backup and disaster recovery, supported by the strategic capability to translate business requirements into practical infrastructure roadmaps.
Experience managing hybrid environments, co-location facilities, public cloud platforms, infrastructure budgets, vendor contracts and SLAs will be essential to your success.

We are looking for 8–10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years leading technical teams across infrastructure, systems, networking or service desk functions.
Contact centre or BPO experience will be highly advantageous, particularly where infrastructure supports high-availability telephony, dialler systems, SIP trunks and continuous business operations.
Most importantly, you will be a decisive and accountable leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution, lead effectively under pressure and make sound decisions during critical infrastructure outages.
What sets you apart
Your title and years of experience will get our attention.
The infrastructure environments you have led, the technical teams you have developed, the resilience improvements you have delivered and the critical incidents you have successfully managed will determine whether you are right for this role.
If you have the technical depth and leadership capability to strengthen a complex, business-critical IT environment and want to make a meaningful impact on infrastructure strategy and operational resilience, we want to hear from you.
