# Head of IT Infrastructure ## Company Overview Not specified. ## Job Summary We are looking for a **senior technology leader** to head the IT Infrastructure function for a leading Mutual Fund organization. This role is essential in building and managing a robust, scalable, secure, and highly available technology infrastructure that supports critical business and investment operations. ## Responsibilities - Own the overall **IT Infrastructure strategy**, architecture, operations, and service delivery across the organization. - Lead infrastructure across data centers, servers, storage, networks, cloud, databases, end-user computing, and IT operations. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure supporting **critical applications** and business operations. - Drive **cloud adoption**, hybrid infrastructure, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. - Establish and maintain robust **Disaster Recovery (DR)**, **Business Continuity Planning (BCP)**, and **High Availability frameworks**. - Manage IT infrastructure security in partnership with the **Information Security/Cybersecurity team**. - Ensure infrastructure complies with **Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)**, **Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI)**, and other applicable regulatory requirements and internal IT governance standards. - Manage IT service management, incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity planning. - Lead infrastructure monitoring, performance management, and technology lifecycle management. - Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, cloud providers, data center providers, and managed service partners. - Drive infrastructure cost optimization, vendor governance, and technology procurement. - Partner closely with Application, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure seamless technology delivery. ## Qualifications - **15 – 20+ years** of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Operations. - Strong hands-on understanding of **enterprise infrastructure architecture** and operations. - Experience managing large-scale, business-critical infrastructure environments. - Expertise across **data centers**, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, IT operations, and infrastructure transformation, preferably within **Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)** / Asset Management. ## Preferred Skills - Not specified. ## Experience - **15 – 20+ years** in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations with significant leadership experience. ## Environment - Location: BKC (specific workplace environment details not provided). ## Salary - Not specified. ## Growth Opportunities - Not specified. ## Benefits - Not specified.
