1. IT Management & Business Partnership
- Lead the overall IT function and act as a key technology advisor to business leadership.
- Partner with business functions to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Manage IT incidents, escalations, service delivery, and vendor performance.
- Ensure IT services are aligned with business priorities and operational requirements.
- Manage user access and IT service processes.
2. IT Application Management
- Oversee local business applications, including maintenance, enhancement, development, and change management.
- Manage application vendors and ensure service levels meet business requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering and change requests based on evolving business needs.
- Support business users in resolving application-related issues.
3. IT Infrastructure & Workplace Support
- Oversee local IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, devices, meeting rooms, printers, and related systems.
- Manage LAN/WAN, infrastructure, hardware, and access management.
- Coordinate infrastructure services with external vendors and regional/global IT teams.
- Ensure effective day-to-day workplace IT support.
- Oversee IT asset management, including laptops, mobile devices, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and replacement.
4. IT Governance, Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Act as the local IT security representative, identifying technology risks and strengthening security processes.
- Implement and maintain IT governance, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure local IT operations comply with regional and global IT standards.
- Collaborate with international IT teams on cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and technology initiatives.
5. IT Project & Transformation Management
- Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage technology projects related to business restructuring, organizational change, applications, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate global and regional projects locally and ensure successful implementation.
- Lead change initiatives involving the transition toward an independent local operating environment.
- Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and standardization across IT operations.
6. IT Budget & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective cost control and transparency.
- Monitor IT expenditure and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Ensure vendors deliver services according to agreed requirements and service levels.
7. Digital & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve business processes and productivity.
- Support the adoption of Microsoft technologies and digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot.
- Share AI and digital technology knowledge across the organization and support practical local implementation.
8. Regional & Global IT Collaboration
- Act as the primary local IT representative when working with regional and global headquarters.
- Collaborate with international IT teams and other markets to share best practices and implement global standards.
- Provide local business insights and ensure effective communication between local stakeholders and international IT teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Application Management, IT Project Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Support, or IT coordination.
- Strong understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and IT service operations.
- Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology solutions such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
