The Organisation:

With a Head Office in the UK and a regional team based in Melbourne, they have a scalable M&A strategy unique to the sector, with a rich pipeline backed by a strong brand and reputation.
The Opportunity:
This newly created role will lead IT and cyber security across APAC, driving technology transformation, improving service delivery and establishing consistent systems, security standards and governance frameworks.
Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, APAC, and working closely with the UK-based Group CTO, you will collaborate with senior executives and business leaders across a diverse portfolio of companies.
Operating within a federated business model, where individual businesses retain operational autonomy, success will depend on your ability to lead with humility, build trusted relationships and balance Group-wide technology objectives with local business needs.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
We are seeking a commercially minded, adaptable and self-motivated technology leader with broad technical expertise and experience navigating complex, multi-site or decentralised organisations. You will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology, applications, IT service management, Cyber Security, technology risk and resilience. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading with humility while building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving meaningful change.
