Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per month

TechForce is seeking an experienced Head of IT Strategy & Transformation to support a major enterprise organization in shaping and executing its technology vision. Acting as a strategic partner to the CIO, this individual will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide IT strategy, driving large-scale transformation initiatives, establishing governance and portfolio management frameworks, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.


Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CIO to define and evolve the enterprise-wide IT strategy, shaping the future direction of technology across the organization.

• Lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are successfully translated into measurable business outcomes.

• Develop forward-looking roadmaps across AI, data, platforms, enterprise architecture, and technology operating models to enable long-term business growth.

• Establish governance and portfolio management frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and value realization across technology investments.

• Influence and align senior business and technology stakeholders, driving organizational change and fostering adoption of new ways of working.

• Identify emerging technology trends and innovation opportunities, positioning IT as a strategic enabler that delivers enterprise-wide impact and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Strategy, Technology Transformation, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or a related technology leadership function.

• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders to define strategy and drive organizational change.

• Strong understanding of modern technology trends, including AI, data platforms, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps, programs, or business outcomes.

• Experience driving portfolio governance, PMO, technology investment management, or enterprise-wide program oversight within a complex organization.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
