Head of IT
Job Purpose :
To lead and support enterprise systems, SAP migration, workforce management platforms, system integration, and digital solutions including AI, analytics, and BI, in order to ensure business continuity, stable and reliable operations, accurate data, and improved productivity, while enabling the organization’s digital, data-driven, and AI-powered transformation.

Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
At least 8–12 years of experience in IT, enterprise systems, applications, or digital solutions.
At least 3–5 years in a supervisory, team lead, or managerial role.
Proven experience in SAP implementation, migration, enhancement, or support.
Experience in enterprise systems integration across HR, workforce, finance, or operational systems.
Experience in organizations with large-scale operations, preferably supporting multi-site businesses, retail operations, field service, engineering service, or service-intensive environments.
Experience in digital transformation projects, system rollouts, or post-merger / migration environments is highly preferred.
Experience in applying AI, analytics, BI, or automation tools in business operations will be a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems, migration support, testing, and data validation.
Good understanding of Workforce Management platforms and enterprise application integration.
Hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of data analytics, dashboards, BI tools, and reporting logic.
Familiarity with AI use cases, automation tools, and digital productivity solutions.
Understanding of system interfaces, APIs, data flow, and integration concepts.
Knowledge of data governance, security controls, and compliance standards.
Strong documentation skills for process flows, technical guides, and support materials.
