Head of Logistics Management
- Lead and manage the Logistics Management function according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance logistics operations and performance
- Establish and maintain standards, governance, and processes across the logistics function
- Define and manage budgets for logistics activities and development
- Drive improvements in team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, and succession planning
- Oversee functional accountability for Logistics Governance, Planning, Network Purchasing, Packaging Management, and Customs & Export Control at country level
- Education: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Work Experience: 8-12 years in logistics management or supply chain operations
- Leadership Experience: 3-5 years managing teams and functions
- Project Experience: 3-5 years delivering logistics or operational improvement projects.
- Key Competencies: Communication, adaptability, result orientation, collaboration, delegation and control, employee coaching and development, and strategic leadership
