Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
Extensive Leadership Tenure: A minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, strategy, or senior leadership, strictly within a corporatised healthcare setting.
Deep Ecosystem Fluency: A profound understanding of Malaysia's healthcare ecosystem, including public-private partnerships, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare financing models.
Commercial Acumen: Strong exposure to dealing with TPAs, corporate healthcare clients, and navigating complex corporate environments alongside executive teams, board members, and investors.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Management.
The "X-Factor": Holding a Master’s/MBA, or a Medical degree (MBBS, MD), will give you a significant advantage in bridging the gap between clinical operations and commercial success.
