Head of Maintenance & Infrastructures

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, building regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction quality.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management and construction processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in project planning and management.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
