We are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our power generation plant and ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance. A key leader of our Power Generation Group, you will oversee preventive, corrective and outage maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Control & Instrumentation disciplines, while driving high plant availability, strong safety standards and cost‑effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations and major outages.
- Drive effective maintenance planning, maintenance management system utilisation and cost control.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in power generation or process plant maintenance management.
- Proven leadership in outage management and building strong, collaborative maintenance teams.
