Head of Manufacturing Digital Transformation - Campaign
Description
Salary: ฿280,000 per month
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the manufacturing digital transformation strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities
Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering and related functions
Drive the optimisation of enterprise resource planning systems and other manufacturing systems to improve operational effectiveness
Lead initiatives involving manufacturing execution systems, electronic batch records, production planning, inventory optimisation, scheduling and operational visibility solutions
Improve manufacturing performance through automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence and continuous improvement programmes
Standardise processes and establish best practices across manufacturing sites
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive innovation and achieve measurable business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field
At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations and digital transformation leadership
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments
Strong leadership experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programmes
Extensive expertise in enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution system implementation and optimisation
Master of Business Administration or master’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Operations Management or a related discipline
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is highly regarded
