Description

Work model: 100% remote, based in Latin America

Language: English C1 or higher

Compensation: Competitive, with performance bonus

Industry: Remote recruitment and talent acquisition firm operating in the U.S. market | Latin America

Role objective

The company is entering a new growth phase and is looking for someone to define and execute its marketing strategy, with the goal of building a sustainable pipeline of qualified buyers that drives revenue.

This is a hands-on role with no direct reports. We are looking for someone with practical experience who enjoys executing directly and who will manage the relationship with a marketing agency.

Success will be measured on two numbers: inbound calls booked and inbound closed-won deals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead marketing strategy: where to place the next bets and where not to, channel mix, budget allocation, and quarterly priorities.
  • Execute the strategy: build the plan, identify the processes, tools, and support needed, and use results to decide what to improve next.
  • Manage the relationship with the marketing agency and review its performance.
  • Connect marketing to business outcomes: plan OKRs with leadership, define success metrics, and track progress.
  • Shape the company’s story, messaging, and positioning for U.S. buyers.
  • Align priorities with Sales, Customer Success, People, and RevOps, keep HubSpot lead reporting accurate, and diagnose funnel issues.
  • Use AI and workflow automation to make marketing processes more efficient.
  • Report progress, results, and decisions to the Co-CEOs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading marketing end to end, from strategy through execution and results.
  • Experience generating qualified pipeline for B2B companies with $100K+ ACV.
  • Experience selling in the U.S. market, marketing to executives (C-suite, VP, or Head level) at tech companies with 100 to 10,000+ employees.
  • End-to-end SEO leadership (technical, on-page, off-page, and link building), having scaled it from 1 to N.
  • Experience building non-SEO channels from 0 to 1, such as paid media or events.
  • Experience working with external agencies, contractors, or fractional staff, including reviewing their performance.
  • Use of funnel data, in partnership with Sales, to improve lead quality and conversion. HubSpot experience expected.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and workflow projects.
  • English C1 or higher and executive communication: confident, concise, and structured.
  • Sound judgment on what to decide or escalate, the ability to manage up, and openness to feedback.
  • Curiosity about customers, product, and buyer segmentation.
  • Long-term vision and a credible 3 to 5 year plan with the company.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing talent-as-a-service or staffing services.
  • Experience marketing to buyers in EMEA.

Additional information

  • 100% remote work.
  • Competitive compensation with reviews every six months and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive global health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and routine care.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and family care days.
  • Parental leave and family-friendly policies.
  • Direct access to the Co-CEOs and real autonomy over how the company grows.
  • A culture centered around growth, ownership, well-being, and continuous learning.
