Head of Marketing

You will own marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, launches, acquisition channels, analytics, and community growth. You will build demand-generation and user-acquisition programs, lead product positioning and messaging, optimize the marketing stack, manage growth channels, run launch playbooks, track funnel KPIs, and hire and mentor specialists across content, growth, and design.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and scale demand-generation and user-acquisition strategies for founders and investors
• Lead product marketing, positioning, messaging, and launches for the Investor App and Captable platform
• Own CRM, analytics, campaign tracking, and marketing stack optimization
• Manage email, SEO, community, social, paid, and partnership channels
• Design and execute launch playbooks for product releases, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships
• Align storytelling with performance marketing
• Hire, mentor, and manage specialists across content, growth, and design
• Track KPIs and own awareness, activation, engagement, and retention across the marketing funnel
• Write high-converting marketing copy

Requirements

• Have at least 4 years of marketing leadership experience at fintech, SaaS, or web3 companies
• Demonstrate a record of executing data-driven campaigns that drive growth and adoption
• Possess deep knowledge of founder and investor acquisition funnels
• Be proficient with HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and campaign dashboards
• Demonstrate excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Have native-level English and strong conversion copywriting skills
• Be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Be based on the US East Coast and authorized to work in the United States
