Head of Marketing (Global)

Posted
Discussion
Equiem is changing how the world’s best commercial buildings perform. We’re moving beyond tenant engagement to become the platform that measurably improves building performance, NOI and asset value, and we need a Head of Marketing to lead that story globally.

This is a four-day week role (Monday to Thursday), based at Rialto in Melbourne with travel as needed, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer. It’s a senior, hands-on role: you’ll deliver through Product, Sales, Customer Success, agencies and partners rather than a large team.

Responsibilities

  • Land our repositioning from tenant engagement app to building-performance platform, with a distinctive new look and feel
  • Market three growth motions: large enterprise deals, expansion within existing customers, and product-led upsell as new modules launch
  • Turn our proprietary building data into campaigns and tools people talk about, including an NOI calculator, an industry benchmark report and a signature index
  • Own global brand, content, campaigns and PR, including media relationships and annual media partnerships
  • Showcase our co-build Lab at Rialto and on the road, and develop customer stories and references
  • Build sales demos, playbooks and enablement for enterprise opportunities
  • Lead APAC events and field marketing with our London-based ABM lead
  • Build partners into a growth channel and manage agencies and specialists

Requirements

  • Senior product, brand or integrated marketing experience in enterprise tech, ideally in-house
  • A track record of owning positioning, packaging, launches, campaigns and brand across multiple markets
  • Sharp aesthetic and editorial judgement, with high-quality work to show for it
  • Experience turning proprietary data or customer proof into campaigns, reports or tools
  • Commercial instincts: you connect marketing to growth, retention, win rates and upsell
  • The ability to get things done through others without a large team

Bonus points for: PropTech or institutional real estate experience, established media relationships, and a background in sales enablement, ABM or field marketing.

Benefits

  • A four-day working week, Monday to Thursday
  • A senior role with real influence, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer and shaping how a global PropTech company tells its story
  • Global scope, with travel and a London-based ABM partner
  • Based at our Rialto office in Melbourne.
