Head of Marketing

Your tasks - You will build the marketing function at indasys from the ground up – strategy, structures, processes, budget – and report directly to the Board (CEO). - Together with Sales and Management, you will develop our go-to-market strategy: target groups and personas, positioning, channel strategy (inbound/outbound, digital, events, partners). - You will sharpen our positioning as a Managed Services Provider and make our service packages visible in the market – on the website, in campaigns, and in content. - You will build structured lead generation: lead funnels in our future CRM, marketing automation, and measurable pipeline contributions for Sales. - You will be responsible for content marketing and thought leadership: references, case studies, expert articles, LinkedIn. - You will plan and manage events, trade fairs, and campaigns – including in collaboration with our technology partners. - You will develop target-group-specific marketing for our segments: mid-market and enterprise as well as schools and public sector clients. - You will strengthen our employer branding in close cooperation with People Development. - You will be responsible for the marketing budget, KPIs, and the management of external service providers – and will build your own team in the future. Must Haves - Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with leadership or overall responsibility – preferably in an IT, software, or system house environment. - Proven success in demand generation and lead management: you think in terms of pipeline and revenue contribution, not just reach. - High affinity for AI: you use AI tools as a matter of course in your daily work – from content and campaigns to the automation of marketing processes – and actively drive their implementation. - Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot) and data-driven marketing. - Experience in building: you have already established structures, processes, or teams and know that hands-on work is part of the beginning. - A flair for positioning and brand as well as excellent communication and copywriting skills. - Understanding of IT services that require explanation; experience with public sector clients or the education sector is a plus. - Business-fluent German, good English.
