We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function as we make circular office transformation the new standard. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled marketing at a high-growth B2B company and is ready to take full ownership of our strategy and growth., Category & positioning: Own the narrative that makes Fenyx the obvious answer for any company planning an office move, reduction or fit-out. Demand generation & CRM: Design and run the full B2B pipeline engine with HubSpot at its core; set the targets, instrument the funnel, and own the numbers. Sales enablement: Turn deliverables into market-ready assets such as case studies, CO2 and cost arguments, pitch material, and a clean lead handover to the Head of Sales. Content & editorial: Manage website, LinkedIn, newsletter, case studies, video, and thought leadership content. Team & budget: Grow the team, manage the budget, and hold our agency for SEA, SEO, and website accountable., 6+ years in B2B marketing with real ownership, meaningful budget, and measurable results. Proven experience in owning demand generation end-to-end with a clear impact on pipeline. Ability to lead and grow a team while maintaining a hands-on edge. Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to show your work.
